This residential is located strategically next to the exit toll of Ungaran, 15 minutes drive from Jatingaleh, Semarang. With growing number of tourist and increasing demands for two and three stars hotel in Jawa Tengah, Kota Satu Properti created COHG Hotels and Resorts in 2014 as subsidiary focused on managing and operating hotels. Under COHG brands, we manage one to four stars hotels located in Semarang and DI Yogyakarta.

Posisi lowongan kerja yang dibutuhkan dan kualifikasinya sebagai berikut :
1. CUSTOMER RELATION MANAGER
– At least Bachelor Degree in any major
– Min. 2 year of working experience in related field for this position
– Preferably with background property & hospitality Tbk company
– Able to manage & maintain the relationship with customers
– Have desire to enhance the customer experience
– Good communication skill with team and customers
– Placement in Ungaran (Kab. Semarang)

2. SALES EXECUTIVE
– At least Bachelor Degree in any field
– Min. 1 year of working experience specialized in sales & marketing
– Preferably with background at property company
– Good communication & negotiation skills
– Self driven & result oriented
– Willing to work under target
– Placement in Ungaran (Kab. Semarang)
