PT. Renjana Membangun Nusantara has several job openings :
1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (BD)
2. SALES REPRESENTATIVE (SR)

We have three main service lines :

  • Renjana Technology, a Software House that provide IT solutions for businesses and organizations that prioritizes product fit.
  • Renjana Odoo, ERP implementation of Odoo’s suite to businesses of all sizes providing prioritizing fit for need customizations.
  • Renjana Learning, Blended micro e-Learning for corporate learning and development needs, combining the right level of e-learning and face to face learning for human capital development.

1. Business Development (BD)

  • Have a strong passion for Technology and e-Learning. Additional interest in Community Development is nice to have
  • Ready for the opportunity and challenges to grow a local social impact startup
  • Ability to communicate openly and convincingly and are ready to show full commitment to our customers and partners
  • Ability to manage a team and pipeline to achieve targets
  • Preferably have experience in business development or currently have extensive social network interested in technology and e-learning. Community development network is nice to have
  • Job Location: Jakarta and/or Semarang

Duties :

  • Acquire new customers and achieve targets
  • Weekly appointments with potential clients
  • Attend networking events
  • Oversee the business development process from beginning to end: evaluate clients’ needs, schedule sales presentations, collect the necessary information to open new client accounts
  • Develop and maintain a loyal customer base through high quality service
  • Develop CRM to efficiently log activities, prospects and clients.
  • Address customer complaints and propose sound solutions
  • Obtain knowledge of the market through research, trade associations and relationship development
  • Seek to implement new ideas and or techniques learned through experience and interaction with peers
  • Demonstrate a high degree of courtesy, efficiency and professionalism when communicating with internal and external clients
  • Effectively plan and execute sales strategy

2. Sales Representative

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in the sales field is required for this positions and having experience in selling IT product, Odoo ERP Implementation and e-Learning / Learning and Development  services
  • Highly motivated, hard working and have proven sales records
  • Excellent communication/ presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Canvassing, following up, marketing and prospecting skills
  • Ability to drive and execute digital marketing strategy
  • Knowledge of IT products, services, Odoo ERP and e-Learning to identify potential issues or business opportunities
  • Independent at work, could build sales plan
  • Willing to take a business trip out of town
  • Job Location : Semarang and/or Jakarta

Duties :

  • Promote our products by coordinating with Business Development team to secure new customers in order to have more market share in respective area
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, principals, and government
  • Conduct initial meetings and maintaining good relationships with clients.
  • Cross-channel engagement strategy, design, and development. (web, mobile, social, and directly)
  • Understand and use Marketing and Advertising Technology solutions
  • Identifies new business opportunities
  • Identifies product improvement or new products by studying latest market trends and closely monitoring the competitors
  • Sell services and achieve targets
  • Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
