Developing property aimed towards middle up income segment, Kota Satu Property launched The Amaya with a concept of ‘luxury home resort’. This residential is located strategically next to the exit toll of Ungaran, 15 minutes drive from Jatingaleh, Semarang. With growing number of tourist and increasing demands for two and three stars hotel in Jawa Tengah, Kota Satu Properti created COHG Hotels and Resorts in 2014 as subsidiary focused on managing and operating hotels. Under COHG brands, we manage one to four stars hotels located in Semarang and DI Yogyakarta.

Posisi lowongan kerja yang dibutuhkan adalah HCGA COORDINATOR

kualifikasinya sebagai berikut :
– Female
– Maximum age 35 y.o
– Ability to establish company’s culture & share values across employee is paramount
– Empathy & strong interpersonal skills are essential
– S1 / S2 in Psychology, certifications in management / leadership / life coaching
– Comprehensive understanding in government law & industrial relations
– At least 5 years working experience in the area
– Have a good leadership & innovative mindset to optimize performance across diverse talent pool

Main Responsibilities:
– Develop good performance measurement tool for all business units
– Develop sustainable training program to boost overall organization performance
– Build & establish good corporate culture
– Develop & implement integrated Hum. Capital & General Affair Management Strategy in all business units within the company
